Twig Softwares ("we", "us", "our") operates VibeCut. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: username, email address, and password (stored hashed).
- Content you upload: videos, images, audio, logos, and text you add while creating reels.
- Payment information: when you subscribe to VibeCut Pro, payments are handled directly by Razorpay. We receive and store a subscription/customer reference ID and payment status, but we never receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
- Usage data: basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and debugging.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process renders, manage subscriptions and billing, communicate with you about your account, and maintain security.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run VibeCut, including:
- Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions.
- Infrastructure providers used to host the application, store media, and send transactional email.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data and uploaded content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us.

6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Children's privacy
VibeCut is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
